During your journey, you'll be given challenges in order to stay alive that range from fishing to defending your family from animal attacks. On the Oregon Trail, you'll meet countless historic figures in American history like Abraham Lincoln to Samuel Morse. Take your hand at gold panning or carpentry. Stop at historic monuments, and using your DSi camera, you can take a picture of yourself and put it in the daily paper. Reach every fort to gain quests, challenges, and rest your family. Even on the Oregon Trail, disaster happens, which means you should be prepared for anything like a thunderstorm or even a wagon fire. All this can be experienced on the Oregon Trail.
